Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 10-15 business days. Flat rate of $5.99.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 9-12business days. Flat rate of $19.99. 
  • Please note: Shipping costs $5.99 for purchases up to $80.00.
    Shipping costs $2.99 for purchases over $80.00.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

  • International Standard Shipping: Delivery within 10-20 business days. Flat rate of $19.99.
  • Customs and Import Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once your shipment reaches your destination country. Nevvyo is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through our website or directly with the carrier.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, please be aware that there may be delays beyond our control, such as customs processing for international orders or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience.

Missing or Lost Package

If your package is lost or missing, please contact us at nevvyostore@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate the issue. We are not responsible for packages that are lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
